Becoming
I always look for expanding possibilities, I strive to find the freedom and balance in my life to pursue activities that I enjoy, being outside in nature, going for a walk, and being with my dogs. I enjoy spending time with my friends, kayaking, swimming, even doing a little painting, and going to the beach. I love the water as much as I love the mountains, each providing the grounding that is needed to release the stress and anxiety of our worlds.

Pranic healing has helped me to learn how to listen to my body, listen to my thoughts but not to allow them to control who I am and what I am here to do. It has taught me to realize that regardless of the environment or the internal dialog that is happening I am not that. I am greater than those things.
