About Freedom of Becoming

Freedom of Becoming was created to support busy professionals who are seeking greater balance, clarity, and steadiness in the midst of demanding lives.

The work offered here is grounded, practical, and complementary — designed to meet people where they are, without pressure or performance.

Brenda's Perspective

Like many professionals, Brenda spent years navigating high responsibility, constant decision-making, and the quiet accumulation of stress that can come with success.

Through her own experience, she came to recognize the importance of listening — not just to external demands, but to the body, emotions, and inner signals that are often overlooked.

Pranic Healing became a way to cultivate that awareness without forcing change, allowing space for clarity, balance, and a deeper sense of alignment to emerge. Through this work, she came to understand that experiences and thoughts do not define who we are — they are something we can learn to relate to differently.

A Grounded, Whole-Person Approach

Brenda believes that meaningful change is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about creating the conditions for steadiness and choice.

Her approach respects the full context of a person’s life — professional, personal, and internal — and is guided by honesty, integrity, service, and balance.

Sessions are offered as supportive, non-touch, energy-based wellness experiences that honor each individual’s autonomy and pace. This perspective shapes how Brenda works with clients — with steadiness, respect, and an understanding of the realities of professional life.

Professional Background

Brenda is a Certified Pranic Healer and a Certified Public Accountant, based on the East Coast.  She offers her energy healing services virtually.

With more than 30 years of experience in business management and professional leadership, she brings a pragmatic, ethical, and discerning perspective to wellness support — particularly for individuals navigating complex responsibilities and transitions.

Outside the Session

Brenda values time spent outdoors, movement, creativity, and connection. Activities like walking, kayaking, swimming, painting, meditation, and time near water or mountains are part of how she maintains balance and perspective in her own life.

These experiences inform a grounded understanding of stress, restoration, and the importance of space — themes that naturally shape her work.
