Pranic Healing is a non-touch, energy-based system developed by Master Choa Kok Sui that works with the body’s energy field to support overall well-being.
The approach is based on the understanding that the body has an energy field that influences physical, emotional, and mental states. Through gentle techniques intended to cleanse and harmonize this energy field, Pranic Healing may support the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Sessions do not involve physical contact, medical procedures, or diagnosis, and are offered as a complementary wellness practice alongside appropriate professional care.

What is Meditation on Twin Hearts?
Meditation on Twin Hearts is a guided meditation practice designed to promote calm, inner awareness, and a sense of connection.
The meditation focuses on cultivating qualities such as goodwill, compassion, and inner stillness, while supporting relaxation and emotional balance. Many participants experience a greater sense of clarity, centeredness, and openness over time.
Meditation on Twin Hearts is offered as a complimentary group practice and is suitable for both newcomers and experienced meditators.
