Terms & Conditions

Effective Date:  February 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, scheduling a session, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, including those located in New Jersey and other U.S. states.

2. Nature of Services (Virtual Wellness Services)

Freedom of Becoming provides virtual, non-touch, energy-based wellness services using the art and science of Pranic Healing.

Our services are:

•    Complementary and non-invasive in nature

•    Intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being

•    Not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or diagnostic services

Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise stated. No physical contact occurs.

3. No Medical or Therapeutic Relationship

Our services:

•    Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

•    Do not replace medical, mental health, or psychological services

•    Do not establish a healthcare provider–patient or therapist–client relationship

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed medical or mental health professionals for any health-related concerns.

Energy-based wellness services are not intended for medical or mental health emergencies. In emergency situations, appropriate local services must be contacted.

4. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling or participating in services, you confirm that:

•    You are participating voluntarily

•    You understand the complementary nature of energy-based wellness services

•    You remain fully responsible for your own health, well-being, and personal decisions

5. Scheduling & Availability

Sessions are scheduled in advance through our online scheduling system or by direct arrangement.

Because services are virtual:

•    Session timing may depend on time zone coordination

•    Occasional rescheduling may be required due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances

If we need to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

6. Fees & Payments

All fees are clearly disclosed prior to scheduling.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, which may include PracticeBetter Payments, Stripe, Zelle, or ACH transfer.

•    We do not store or process payment card or banking information

•    Payment processing is governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policies

7. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Refunds

No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once scheduled and paid for.

Because appointments involve reserved time and preparation, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions, or missed appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or request to reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

•    Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice may be rescheduled once at no additional charge

•    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a scheduled virtual session:

•    The session will still end at the originally scheduled time

•    Late arrival does not entitle you to an extension or partial refund

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be considered a missed appointment at our discretion.

Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice is considered a no-show and is not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Provider Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

•    A rescheduled session at no additional cost, or

•    A full refund, at our discretion

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. No Guarantees

Each individual responds differently to energy-based wellness services.

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or responses. Participation is voluntary and based on personal choice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

•    We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services

•    Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service scheduled

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

•    Use this website for unlawful purposes

•    Attempt to interfere with website security or functionality

•    Provide false or misleading information

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This governing law clause does not override mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your state of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms
